Charity E. Yoro is a steward of words and beings. Since publishing her first broody poem in 8th grade, her writing has appeared in the New York Times, The Rumpus, poets.org, Tupelo Quarterly, and elsewhere. Born, raised, and educated on the east side of O‘ahu, she currently lives in Portland, Oregon with her wild, loving family.
